Shipping policy

Shipping of timepieces are required on the sender to ensure that adequate insurance is purchased to cover the loss of said timepiece. trusted watch repair will not be held responsible for watches that are lost or stolen in transit. please ensure that the watch or timepiece has enough insurance incase of loss or theft.  All timepieces are secured in a safe after being received on site. please reach out to Mr. Williams if there are any questions prior to shipping your watch (772-643-4529)
